Introduction
1. This pulp tray production line is for making big size industrial trays or high capacity pulp trays.
2. The mold platen size is 800*600mm* 2 working stations, match a single layer dryer or dry under sunshine. The capacity of each forming machine is around 120~150kg/hour.It can mactch multiple forming machines in the production line.
3. Forming machine control: PLC and touch screen controlled.
4. The fuel for the dryer: Natural gas/ diesel/ LPG/steam/coal...

How This Production Line Works
| Pulping System |
The pulp is mixing with raw material and water. When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine. |
| Forming System |
With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the products will be formed on the moulds. After forming, the up mould will move forward and drop on the collection table automatically. |
| Drying System |
Metal drying line / sunshine drying / drying room |
| Hot press system |
After dried, the products will be hot pressed to get a better shape and smoother surface. |
